I’m Maria - the CEO of Aperitivo

Officially, I’m the CEO of The Aperitivo Society, LLC. Unofficially, I’m the CEO of the cultural concept of Aperitivo. Aperitivo is a social ritual popular in many European countries, but specifically Italy, in which people gather in the early evening hours to unwind and enjoy a spritz and light bite.

I’m passionate about eating well, drinking well, living well, loving well, resting well - so I built a business around it.
